You have to buy the recommended product (up to £5). I suppose if you are recommended something over £5 you could prompt them to suggest a cheaper product.

Johnny I phoned RE one day about a software problem and happened to say to the girl "Gosh see all these *****pharmacy visits I now have a house full of cough bottle. She said you don't need to spend the money on a medicinal product. She said they just process the receipt. So if the pharmacist recommends xyz cough bottle just say you have some at home left over so will try that.

The latest chemist jobs seem to be different though and imply you should buy what they recommend. I don't know why this is though; I always used to browse, buy something, then speak to the pharmacist and make my excuses. May have to query this with RE.

    Hi,
Does anyone know - with the Butlins jobs, do you need a receipt for your entrance fee or just the establishment itself? There is a refund for the park admission to go and shop at a certain restaurant within, but I will be there anyway so was kinda hoping this could just work out a rare job where I get more back then my actual expenses!

If they haven't specified that you have to send them the admission receipt, then you don't - the receipt from the shop will prove you have been there. (Make sure it's an extra specially good report, full of detail, so they have absolutely no doubt you were there and didn't blag a receipt from someone else!)

Only reservation I have is that if you are actually employed on site, and that's why you're there, I would keep this VERY quiet as you shouldn't really be doing the job.

Nice to hear of someone actually making a profit for once!

I have some of these chemist jobs coming up too.

Also - is GAP's website down this morning for anyone else? I took a job last night for midday today and need to get on there to read/print the instructions!

Klane I couldn't get it to load on Firefox as it says its unavailable so I tried it on IE and it worked there so try that.

    Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, it's not loading on IE either for me, just tried. Anyone got a contact email for them by any chance?

Klane I have had a look they don't have an email link. It is a web based contact us from instead. As it is loading for me on IE maybe it is a temporary ISP problem. Are you able to view other sites just can't load Gap.Try accessing it via Google search rather than email link if that's the way you access it. Let me know if/when you get on. Meanwhile I'll keep trying to find out why you can't get on.

    Cheers

For the bank name chemist, in the accredtiation questions, does it not get you to agree to buy the product recommended. (Not the case for the footwear/partnership chemist.)
