Yes that's all true, but as of 5pm today the bailiffs can get in any open window, or come & clamp your car (legally) if you leave it outside on the street or driveway.  I'd not be 'waiting' for anything if you haven't got that stay of execution.  Are your family primed NOT to open the door but to speak from an upstairs window only if DCBL send HCEOs?

I'd be on the phone to the court again, crying.  Anything to get a stay of execution.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I've been calling every day. I've been told today to email the court that it's been passed to and state that it's urgent which I have done, but I've been told nothing else can be done over the phone. I sent the paperwork over to DCBL last week as advised by the Court, but I just don't seem to be getting anywhere fast

I've just spoken to DCBL and they've confirmed that they've received notification of my application and so the case is on hold their end. They've told me that as it's on hold the bailiffs will not be sent

Phew!    Phone calls are not a paper/email trail though.  You need that.

Email DCBLegal and confirm the conversation and that the application re claim xxxxxxxxx (th one served knowingly to the wrong address by DCBLegal) is with the local court now.  An urgent hearing and Directions are due to be sent out shortly, and that in your conversation with xxxxx xxxxx (name) at DCBL today, it has been confirmed that there is a stay of execution/enforcement in place to allow the N244 application to be heard.

State that you will be seeking full costs for unreasonable conduct in filing two claims to two different addresses (deliberately or negligently) and asking for one to be struck out due to 'cause of action estoppel'.  The costs will either be the liability of Observices and/or sought as a wasted costs Order against DCBLegal for their culpability and attempt to gain a pecuniary advantage for DCBL Group as a result.

Let's see what Laura and Paul at DCBLegal think about all this...their company's conduct has been atrocious in pretty much every case we see.

Oh, and you need to report DCBLegal to the Solicitors' Regulation Authority for breach of standards.  They did this.  They filed 2 claims to 2 addresses and almost ended up sending in their own bailiff arm HCEOs, adding extra feed to a ludicrous 4 figure sum as a result of their own negligent or deliberate actions.

Even filing two claims for the same caue of action is estopped, but this was worse!

I must add my comments about DCBL.  They entered the parking industry at a late stage, maybe thinking they could ride off the back of the TV junk "can't pay ... blah blah". ?
In reality DCBL are just a very cheap version of BWLegal. Have no idea who BWLegal got their own cheap version from ??  I suspect it goes back to the Kray Twins and Peter Rackman

No doubt these clowns will continue with their rubbish, and no doubt we will still see their letters full of crap.   REPORT DCBL TO THE SRA

Just an update - I have received an order from the judge to stay the writ which I have served to DCBL. In the meantime, I received my SAR and they have a letter dated 21st February sent to my current address which was a letter of claim, however served the claim form to my old address dated 3rd April! Therefore, they have been completely negligent. Just waiting on my court hearing date for the set aside
