Evans cycles & cancelling an order

Recently ordered a bike online but now want to cancel (5days & showing only as stock allocated). Evans Cycles customer service is virtually non-existent (no phone line, very limited access to online chat and email response times of 5-10 days given) so may not even have my request acknowledged for some time.
Almost all recent reviews are negative and it seems stated delivery times are routinely not met & communication is like talking to yourself, little or no response to emails or social media channels.
If they don’t act on my request to cancel the order, and go beyond the stated delivery timescale without any communication etc, at what point can I try and claim back via my credit card for non delivery of goods/services? I find claim back/ section 75 stuff a bit confusing.

If it has not arrived 15 days after payment debited your account. You can start the chargeback process with your bank.
BUT IF YOU CANCEL
You lose the right to a non receipt chargeback, as you have cancelled the order.Life in the slow lane0
