ISA matures in 2 weeks can I transfer now

When you complete the ISA transfer form from your new ISA provider, you will be given various options, such as transfer now (and suffer any interest penalty), or transfer after maturity. If you choose that option, the ISA will be transferred after maturity, so incur no penalty.
