Virgin mobile mis selling

Does any one know a way to contact virgin mobile that gets action ?
I took out a mobile contract in February on the basis of the referral payment offer.
I have spoken to the team in Virgin contact center in Manila countless times who agree they can see notes that this should be paid to me but can not sanction the payment it has to be escalated to the complaints team.
They say they can not give me a contact but to just wait to hear from them - we have been waiting since I first raised this issue at the start of April.
Has any one any advice on contacting Virgin mobile?
Can anyone advise what is a reasonable time to wait?
Can anyone advise what I should do next?

You don't need any advice on contacting them - you already have.

Now you just have to wait for them to contact you.  Give it until the autumn and then chase it up.
