New to investing - VWRL

I am new to investing. I'd like to invest in a Vanguard ISA - Particularly FTSE All world (VWRL). Initially put in £1k and about £100 per month. What is the best platform to do this with? I am concerned about charges.
I realise that generally lump sums fair better or at least equally as well as drip feed but emotionally I prefer the drip feed option.
Many thanks in advance

This may seem pedantic but important to get to grips with the terminology - as ISAs are just wrappers within which to hold investments, if you literally mean investing "in a Vanguard ISA" then that means using the Vanguard Investor platform, but you're probably actually meaning that you wish to hold one or more Vanguard investments within an ISA (which can be on any platform supporting these).
You can plug your numbers into any of a range of platform comparison sites if you're looking to choose based on lowest cost:

Vanguard's own Investor platform charge is just 0.15% where they also have their Global All Cap fund which is similar but being an OEIC rather than an ETF would benefit from FSCS protection and your trades won't be constrained by buying whole ETF units. Expect drops of around 50% in a market crash.2
