I've read you can opt for monthly instead of bi-annual billing and you get a payment booklet? This would really help me with budgeting. Is anyone on this option? How does it work?

Just ask them for it - I got given one last year but didn't want it as I prefer to just pay with a DD rather than faffing round with a payment book.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers2

Why not just go onto monthly DD and save yourself all the hassle?
