TUI new form for refund

They updated their information a couple of days ago.

They have a whole section on cancelled in-store bookings.

The refund form says for retail customers they will be in touch once a request has been submitted, i assume for bank details to send it back to. The way it reads implies you fill the refund form in first tho

My wife can it turns out using the same details exactly log into her "manage your booking" section on the TUI holiday website and can bring up details of the now cancelled ( by TUI and virus) holiday.
So the details are correct and in the system,it must be the refund section at fault, another way perhaps of getting out of paying refund ?

Or less a conspiracy theory and more a system glitch.

It clearly works for some.

We have also being trying for some weeks to make contact with TUI about our cancelled trip to Florida on April 22nd . Finally got this address yesterday

and it works ! Refund will be with us in 4 weeks !

This morning just after 8am contact by phone was achieved the refund is on its way.
It was admitted that the glitch in the new form Mrs Taffy link takes you to is known about, in our case it basically told my wife she did not exist.
