The houses at either end of a terrace are exactly that .... End of Terrace, not semi-detached.1

I would make a claim when you have bought the property for definate. However check the council tax banding and in turn whether there has been a recent claim because if there has you are unlikely to get a different result.
Don’t hold out a lot of hope though. I claimed on my last house, had all the evidence of neighbours houses being same or similar. The house was even bought previously close to 1993. Their answer? They assumed because the house was bought through a bank it was bought significantly below market value, and the houses because they weren’t identical could not be a valid reason, therefore no change to banding. The house was in the wrong bank by at least 1 too high. It caused a hassle to sell as well as people didn’t want a house where the banding was high when they could buy a similarly priced house down the road in a cheaper banding.1 -
Thank you all for your amazing input!- I think it’s just annoying me more than anything.Like a crazy lady I have written down everyone’s number and what band they are in and literally the whole 12 houses starting from number 1 is the B BAND and the last two terraced houses which one is mine is C band. Maybe a link mine and the neighbour at the end is C?
the houses all look exactly the same literally like a copy and paste down the street and certainly not a semi detached.I would never forgive myself if all my neighbours get pushed up a band my conscious would be too much. I guess will swallow the bitter pill and be grateful that I have this stunning 💕🙏🏼0
