Sorry I’m late, and thanks for that info.
yes I do have my landlords readings, just can’t get hold of eon to talk to anyone at all.
the money is no issue, but I’m confused why they can’t even accept a simple call.
when I see the meter I will be at the property, and would therefore be able to open any letters with associated account number. I Am sure they’ll accept my meter readings.
im hopefully going next weekend but would have liked to talk to them sooner.
