There is a help button at the bottom of the app which takes you to live chat. I had cause to use it a couple of weeks ago and got an immediate response.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.1

You can also send 'secure messages' via the web browser - I did that recently and got a response in a few hours.0
