    There is a help button at the bottom of the app which takes you to live chat. I had cause to use it a couple of weeks ago and got an immediate response.
    I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

    You can also send 'secure messages' via the web browser - I did that recently and got a response in a few hours.
