Utilita demand for 0.73 payment after switch from Eversmart Oct 2018

Daughter has had another final bill with a slightly larger credit amount equal to one day standing charge. Still no sign of a cheque though.

Received a 'Final Eversmart Bill' from Utilita after leaving Eversmart 13 months ago - Never was transferred over to Utilita as had already moved before Eversmart closed down.
The bill shows I have a credit of over £700 - Which is totally incorrect, but heard nothing from them since - and that was three weeks ago.
A family member has received a letter today stating that they owe around 50p !0
