3G, 4G, 5G scam companys

ok so, data has become cheap offering 3G, 4G, 5G I wont name the company's in question but will provide you with the ability to test for yourself using speed test also state why company's are over charging for 3G services.

The story:-
The company in question sold me a contract fone. they then offered me 5G knowing full well that the fone they just sold me did not support 5G. I in turn told them this and I would only like 3G. They reluctantly gave me 3G. Upon testing my speed was 10 Mbps down /5Mbps up after awhile of using this videos were still far short of playing, audio tracks seemed good but I tend to do a lot of streaming. So I fone them up some months later and got them to up it too 4G.  Then I noticed on my fone after so many days or the signal on 4G was weak my fone would default to the strongest signal which would be 3G. Yes that means im paying for 4G but only getting 3G at best. As soon as I noticed the change I foned them up and they kindly got me to reboot fone and reset network connections.  6 months later my fone still switch's to 3G and me forcing to reset network remove sim then reboot every time.

Now on my fone it has Auto select 2G/3G/4G in the network settings and manual 2G/3G but no 4G manual select. I then went in search of a fix so i could manually select 4G only i then found an apk designed to hold my fone on 4G manually it is available in google playstore type "4G only" install one of the many apks that will do the job. I left it on 4G for a period of 2 weeks and still I noticed my videos would not play. Ive since tested and for 4G my signal is poor at best and at most im getting 3G signal on a 4G network. I might also add ive been paying for 4G the best part of 6months now with no need too because at best my 4G signal is 12Mbps down/ 12Mbps up a whole 2Mbps quicker for an extra £15 pcm

now on my select network they are still providing me with 4G but in no way near the speed I expected and wanted I certainly don't want to be paying £15 pcm for a measly 2Mbps increase if this was the case I would go back to fibre ive included pictures of my tested 4G speed and also what they state I should be getting.

My question:-
Ive been having trouble since getting the fone with speeds and it states on there site 4G coverage is "Good" indoor and outdoor.  Just it isn't nearly what I was expecting so under buyers law etc or what ever. Am I entitled to cancel the contract seen as how ive never been happy with the speeds not to mention ive been paying 4g prices for 3g max speeds? I might also state ive been on the fone to them many times with many engineers who said it might be a faulty sim. I mean ive tried everything on there end even getting them to reset there connection on there end to nothing has helped me surpass 3G speeds in a 4G area.
I repair fones and am very technical minded when it comes to these things even doing custom android and rooting, jailbraking, frp unlocks etc etc bla bla
how on earth can they justify making you pay for 4G/5G then whacking you back down to 3G when the connection is poor this is not what i wanted nor paid for right?

Anyway heres the pictures and screenshot of my speed checks usually i run this test about 3x and about once per week and take an average  or when ever my net jitters some times i do hit 37mbps but it for no real length of time i mean milliseconds which could be lag from the server im connecting too.

 please help im tied down to a contract I don't want nor require for the next 2 years.

What mobile company are you talking about because i didn't know of any that charge extra for 4G, usually 2,3 & 4G are all included in every package and the device will switch to the best signal and only 5G is an extra cost. 
The problem you have is that you don't get the best signal where you are so the speeds are not near the top end of the estimates but no mobile network will guarantee a good signal anywhere. 
Also in the chart that you have posted showing expected data speeds you are well within the range for a 4G signal so you don't have any basis to complain.

Searching for the exact words "Signal quality and speeds can be negatively impacted" throws up two suspects, Vodafone and Talkmobile, however I don't think the latter offers 5G.

its Vodafone network but I have 2 sims one PAYG and one contract PAYG both the same I topped up £10 just to be able to use the fone when there crap goes down too there isn't really an excuse ether as its a 2019 fone. its stated UP-TOO but comes nowhere near infact is worse than 4G and it costs me £27.50 with 3G and £37.50 4G. 5 G well chances are slim the 3 masts that are in Scotland arnt nowhere near and wont be for about 30+ years lol so any chance I can get out of contract and go back to fibre seen as how 3G 4G 5G is defo not what I want nor expected
