New PC build,no power

Well after all that,it was the CPU!
I ordered a 3600X vs the original 3600 as it was in stock for quick delivery.
fitted out of the case and powered up no problem.
For my sanity I tried the different motherboard and it worked fine in that too.

Well done !! You must have the patience of a saint. Like others have commented, I have followed your frustrations blow by blow and have to admit that I would have thrown the towel in long before now.
