    As per ofgem rules you can't be charged twice for the same energy, so either Tonik need to produce a final bill based on the opening reading that your new supplier, or most likely your new supplier may have to change based on the final bill produced. You can get your new supplier to resend the figures to tonik and then they can then produce an amended final bill, that's what I did when I got the final bill after leaving Tonik as they said they never received the new suppliers reading.
