I have received a reply from Alpharooms. They have not answered my question which was "please confirm the cancllation charges I would incur if I had to cancel my accommodation & transfers"
Thank you for writing to us.
Following the ongoing outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19),
As the situation is changing constantly, we would advise you to wait and see what the FCO advice is nearer the time – it could be that you’re still able to travel. For future reference, this is the FCO website: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. Therefore, we do advise to continue with any payments due so there are no disruptions to your upcoming holiday.
In the event the FCO advice is not to travel we would look to rebook your holiday for alternative dates without any modification charges but the difference in price for your new holiday would have to be borne by you.
