There’s a lot of information about travel during coved 19, but I can’t find any information about ferry crossing. We are a party of 10 and have booked overnight sailings with cabins on July 11th with Brittany Ferries. Could we be refunded our money.?

If you cancel you lose, if they cancel on July11th you win ?

I don't know, but you could contact them via

...although I bet they'd prefer you didn't
We've always had great customer service from BF, even when the unexpected happens such as a last-minute cancellation due to mechanical failure. Bizarrely this has happened twice; we're now on 1st name terms with their "Holiday Admin" staff!
When we got first news of the crisis we got ahead of the crowd and we and a few freinds shifted our May 2020 holiday in Spain back to Sept- getting in by email even before they closed their call centres. I was really impressed when they rang back a few days later, late into the evening, to confirm. I'm not confident that French or Spanish borders will be open by then however, so assume they'll cancel and issue us a credit note, in line with current advice on their website (yes I know we should demand cash, but I don't want 'em to go bust and would rather risk that they will still be sailing next year; we've enjoyed 25 years or so hols with them, and won't stop til they do! )
Look at this advice at:
https://www.brittany-ferries.co.uk/information/coronavirus/faqs
It begins by saying :
"My booking has been cancelled, what happens next?
We are now in the process of cancelling all passenger sailings up to 15 June as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. If your ferry journey or inclusive holiday is among those cancelled, we will contact you by email with an explanation and Refund Credit Note."
But then has a lot more detail, which you can summarise as; Wait and see!
I am however heartened by their optimistic claim that
"We’re still open for business and while the future is currently unclear, we’re confident we will still be operating for many more years to come".

The Government has pledged financial support to the ferry companies. In order that arterial supply routes remain open.0
