Best non-branded diet cola/soda/pop?

I'm trying to find non branded (ie supermarket) diet fizzy drinks that taste good
just got some morrisons diet cola and tbh it tastes very 'watery'. Any recommendations?
(this isn't actually a cost thing, though it'll certainly be cheaper... I've decided to stop supporting Coke's unethical practises)

I can recommend Netto's own brand diet cola, its 20p per 2ltr bottle, and I much prefer this one than Asda/Tesco/Sainsburys/lidl/Morrisons cheap cola of a similar price.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

I cant stand cheap cola but can drink sinsburys classic
I know what you meank about coke and thier ethical behaviours what about pepsi?0 -
my family and i were coca cola drinkers then tried sainsburys american style cola and could bear it but finally loved the taste of would you believe it a chepie bottle of cola from tescos, we personally get the diet dont know if full fat would be as good, but the diet cola does us just fine. Also if drinking coke, remeber guys its so bad on your teeth, dont drink as much as i do!:eek:FunkyFeet:eek:Elite 5:2 #190

does anyone know where to get pepsi twist from?
can't find it anywhere and i loved it!!:T Thanks to all lovely MSE'rs - you are great friends :T0 -
We love the Lidl Freeway Cola Light (diet) at 37p (or might be 38p). The cheapo one at 20p is just about suitable for cleaning the toilet with though :rotfl:0

I'm loving my summerfield cherryade!0

God's wrath upon me, but I find Tesco own brand diet cola (not Value) quite drinkable.
Aldi's is ok, too.
I never buy brand cola any more. Overpriced like anything, you only pay for the marketing.0 -
I was a complete diet coke addict and wouldn't even drink pepsi or virgin brands, but now I'm completely converted to Lidl Freeway. I'm pretty sure its 39p for a 2 litre bottle but often they have it on offer for 19p.
The strange thing is that, on the odd occasion I have "proper" diet coke now, I'm not so keen!0 -
