Vehicle Control Services Privacy Notice/PCN

Hello all, i am in a weird situation for this one. I have been acting on behalf of my girlfriend.
Her father owns an apartment (in this case no. 26) which she parks in an underground car park for many years no problems.
In December/January she has received 5 privacy notices on her windscreen, no pcn or tickets.
This was followed by 4 PCN/NTK through the post demanding for payment. I have appealed this process and the correspondence for this is that they are still evaluating my appeal. This has been going on for a few months now.
She did not receive one of the PCN's through the post so it couldn't be appealed. They have sent a 'demand for payment' letter, followed by a 'final demand' letter.
Some details you should know, on the mortgage letter it says they own no.26 but have the allocated spot no.16, but there is no no.16 spot in the car park (I think the land owners may have made a typo?).
It requires a special fob to access the car park which she has, and no permits are required as I am aware.
The PPC is VCS, which I am going to send a SAR to the DPO which I believe is: dataprotection@vehiclecontrol.co.uk. Is there a way to push for a decision on the remaining PCN's also? Any help would be great.
Thanks

there is no way to push for decisions on the remaining pcn, sshe can email a SAR (not you) to the DPO with proof of her I D and obtain all her datayou can assist her in doing this, but its in her name, her proof of I D , her details , her email address etcyou cannot send it, but you cen press the send button whilst she is logged into HER email account, but she sends it , not you , capiche ??3

Did you read through the NEWBIES thread at the top of the board? That will guide you through the process. Also, what is a "privacy notice"?
Doing the SAR now is a good thing - you will be ready if they issue a court claim (they have 6 years to do this and VCS do take people to court).
Does your girlfriend (GF) have any photos of the signs? VCS sometimes have signs that say Excel on them - VCS and Excel are sister companies but separate legal entities, so if VCS are "running" the parking but the signs say Excel, then there's an issue there.3 -

The appeal process was done through myparkingcharge.co.uk
The images they took were blurry but I believe it does say VCS along with the letters.0 -
seems to me its the old "this is not a parking charge" wheeze , the old myparkingcharge sc@m where they claimed the vehicle may be in breach etc , I believe this sc@m has died out due to not being kosher , or they changed it to the privacy notice in that pictureie:- when is a windscreen pcn not a windscreen pcn ?"3

Silly question but what would i put as the subject for the email? Do i put the reference number for the PCN along with subject access request?0

please explain or show us what a "privicy notice" is , because I thought the placing of "crap" on cars apart from an actual ticket was now banned3

How much of a gap in days befire the postal PCN was received (NOT 'DATED'), each and every time, please (exactly?)PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

*edit*
Contravention Date was 20/12/2019.
A NTK was sent by them apparently on 27/12/2019 which we did not receive through the post hence I could not appeal as I did for the other PCN's.
PCN Final Reminder: 27/01/2020. (I tried to appeal at this stage when I received the letter but no response.)
Demand for Payment: 13/03/2020.
Final Demand: 30/03/2020.1 -

Ixm looking for the gap between parking event and PCN being received in the post x 5.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
