Eurocamp refund credit not Full holiday Cost

Hi
I’m wondering if anyone else has received the email from Eurocamp regarding their “refund credit” but the total cost they are refunding is not the total cost you paid for your cancelled holiday...?

Am I wrong in thinking as I booked accommodation and travel through Eurocamp, I should receive a credit for both - Brittany Ferries from what I can see, is not running a passenger service at present, and the FRENCH and UK Governments are both saying do not travel.
the refund is £487 short of what I paid out... 😔
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I have emailed Eurocamp back regarding this matter, but they’re so busy I’m sure, that it will probably take some time for them to respond.

If you booked accommodation and ferry at the same time from them, it's a package holiday, so should have given you a cash refund with 14 days.

Thanks it was definitely all booked through Eurocamp. I will want and see what comes back. Missing a holiday is sad... but really don’t want to have to fight about getting my money back 😢0
