in addition to the deposit of £300 I had been paying money towards our summer holiday prior to the virus outbreak. I am over 70 days before departure so according to jet2 info I can find I could cancel at no extra cost other than the deposit. If I cancel having paid £2990 will they refund £2690? I have submitted an email to ask but have had no reply. I understand I will lose the £300 but don’t want to cancel if it means I also lose the £2690.
