Hi all,
we have one tv which doesn’t have a HDMI connection, just a USB one. Which smart stick would be best to get smart features through USB and is this possible?

Not going to make a TV smart via USB unfortunately. Are you sure it doesn't have a HDMI port? Very unusual for a TV to have USB but not HDMI, its usually the other way round.. What TV do you have?1

Apologies, I’ve taken the TV off the bracket and it is on the back rather than the side. Silly me!

I wish I could get a 'dumb' TV! I hate smart TVs. I bought my first one last year and it's rubbish! Takes ages to do anything, Samsung started advertising on the menu bar. I'd rather have a HD panel that I could hook upto a computer I control for 'smart' functions.

Well technically there are only 3 Full HD (1080p) TV's in those 15 and only 1 with a decent (obviously my opinion) screen size and nothing if you want 4K. I would love a 4K dumb TV between 42" and 55". What I will say about my slow and rubbish smart TV is that it is light, thin, and big, all I want is to get rid of the "smart" features.

If it is always on one of the AV inputs then you won't be using or seeing any of the smart functions.
There is no point in a manufacturer making a not smart versions of TV, they would cost more not less once in the supply chain or be special order only.1
