Virgin Mobile PAYM to PAYG
I had a VM 12 month Contract 16 months ago. Paid all in full. Reached the end of the contract and contacted VM to cancel my contract. They said they would transfer me to PAYG which was fine. No problems. Just looked at my credit file and noticed that it shows 3 months of zero usage on the end of my contract payments.
Is this something I should be concerned with? Should I push them to close the account fully?
