I agree.Bobsburgeman said:
Your hypothetical situation of being in front of a judge, I highly doubt they will be doing in-depth checks on loan applicants once approved and paid unless you default, as long as you were making payments I can't see it being an issue, you are one out of millions who have been paid, probability is in your favor and I wouldn't think this would be classed as fraud due to the grey area in the application eligibility requirements.
However, I always try to record significant business decisions when I take them, with what my thought processes and rationale were at the time of the decision. I try to bench-mark against whether, if I was audited on that some years down the line, an external person would tolerate the outcome I determined as reasonably and rationally assessed to comply with rules / law etc. and that I could evidence it at that future time as well.0 -
What I meant was that Companies House has the details of your address as an office holder, as well as the company's address. You used a registered service address for the company. Did you also use that address for your details as director/secretary?davetheraver said:
My home address? I applied through my bank so I didn’t need to enter that. But I assume when I set up my bank account as a LTD company they would have asked, hence why the mail come to my home address.Jeremy535897 said:Presumably you also used that address for your address as director or secretary?
On my feeder account application, I put the director along with home address down, it detected the business register office address automatically when I entered the company number.0 -
