Does anyone have a similar ptoblem to this?  My plan refreshed on the 16th, and according to it I've used 5581 minutes???  This was on the 16th itself.  I've also used over 5GB of data, also on the 16th.  Is there any point in using this obviously innaccurate app?  Now the 17th and it hasn't changed!!

    Why don't you uninstall the app and reinstall it and see what it then records.

    I don't use Virgin Mobile apps because I found that they're flakey.
    My phone records and stores all the information I need regarding minutes used and data so I go that way personally.
    FWIW is a sim only user I've been given unlimited calls & 10gig of extra data since lockdown & got a message a few days ago to say it will continue this month.

    You're right, it's effective 25th but I've had one every month since we went into lockdown.
    It's a really nice gesture but it's a shame that their app is carp.

    It is, and I can't even get onto the online site.  I keep forgetting my password, which should be a simply procedure to reset it, but it simply keeps going round in circles, I've reset it about 3 times, still no success.  And I keep getting that bloomin Captcha thing coming up, and although all the boxes are ticked, I can't get anywhere.  I eventually phoned 789, but after waiting 10 minutes, gave up!!
