    When you think about it, there's nothing wrong with that set up :D its just a tap with a different top!  just push a hose on the outlet and do it up with a jubilee clip.
    One can only be glad it's a spanner & not a set of Mole grips :)

    Surely that is against regulations? Outside taps have to have an anti-siphon device to guard against foul water entering the mains.

    Yes, I think thats what it is. I dont really want to use it. Ideally I would somehow have an actual tap that comes off it. But have no idea how that would work.
