Comments elsewhere have suggested it hasn't been possible to contact them since at least March.

Sadly this has all the hallmarks of a scam. How much did you have “invested” with them?
Although...company appears to be still active on companieshouse ?0 -

But no reply to phone or email and website down
I just wondered if anybody else out there has invested in barbican isa0 -
There were a few posts from others in a similar position a while ago but none of the forum regulars would have gone for it.0

Interestingly, Barbican ISA was a previously registered trading name of FCA authorised firm Northern Provident Investments, until June 2019 (https://register.fca.org.uk/ShPo_FirmDetailsPage?id=001b000000dFPdDAAW). So this could be a cloned firm (or cloned product) scam. No other authorised firm has a link to the name, so one thing that can be said categorically is that whoever took the money is not FCA authorised or an approved ISA manager, so was telling porkies if they suggested the money would end up in an ISA.I don't see any reason to think the company with the same name on Companies House has anything to do with the scam. This legal charge document links Barbican Bondco 1 Limited to Northern Provident Investments and it is linked to Barbican ISA Limited by common directors. So those companies are probably linked to the genuine IF ISA product offered by Northern Provident.Edit: This site seems to confirm the link to Northern Provident (BEWARE - this site could be party to the scam: http://isawatch.com/review/barbican-isa-review/)Edit2: Penny just starting to drop here, maybe some other victims will chip in with their own review shortly: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.barbicanisa.com0
