So I was wondering if they would accept the amount I asked for £30k. So I really do think that as long as you have a business account with them, they’ll pay.0 -

I hope Elly, and I am glad you are at ease. I had a large turnover last year and the previous year before that, and up until a few weeks ago, I have had similar amounts going in my account as I always do. The maximum 50k is a lot less than 25% of my annual turnover, I am worried as I thought I would be looked after, considering how much I have put through my account since opening my account.

We were advised there was an IT issue at santander which meant some applications had to be manually processed and this was the hold up. Apparently it should be sorted by the end of the week.0

I’m pretty sure they’ve just got themselves in a huge muddle and any kind of order has gone out the window. I hope so, I have heard different stories from different people, I was told they have a new system now to access and view applications. I'm told I'm waiting on this 1 email still that I need to reply to advising which UBL I need to proceed with. Apparently I should have had it over the weekend (I've seen that lots of people did get that email over the weekend), was told monday it would be sent that day. Tuesday the lady didn't understand why I hadnt had it and said she'd chase it. Wednesday still no email.
Clearly some system issues.0
