Santander Bounce Back Loan

Just seeing how everyone else is getting on with the Bounce Back Loan through Santander.

I applied and received the agreement the following which I immediately signed and returned. 8 days since returning the agreement, and not hear anything.

I know someone who applied in the morning and received the money the same day through Santander.

Applied on Monday 4th. Business account holder. Received nothing of substance since. No request for further information. Just an email and text thanking me for my application and that it would be reviewed ASAP.

The lack of information is disgusting.

Apparently they are saying some applications are more complicated, this gives me little hope

Applied on Monday 4th, had an email requesting info, but think that was because I applied using my home address postcode, which is now the same as my business address but I’d forgotten to update my business banking address..
So I’m pretty much the same as obrienkanobi 
had the same email and texts as him. Haven’t heard a thing since.

We seem to be on the same timescale. I had an email 20 minutes ago which gave me a link to my loan agreement to sign via docusign. I hope you hear something soon.

I had my agreement over a week ago, and not heard anything. After speaking to them apparently my loan account is open just no money has been deposited.

Quite a few people apparently received emails saying the loan account is open, none receiving money though.

Not sure weather to see that as a good thing or bad thing, these delays give me little hope or confidence.

Oh and there was me getting a little excited 😂 
I have today been accepted for a business account with LLoyds as I have a personal account with them so at least I have a potential back up plan if Santander fails me.

Apparently it means we are accepted, its just down the them to pay the money in.

We applied on the 4th, had the documents the same day, signed them and had a text on the early hours of the 6th to say payment would be made within 24hrs... 

No payment or loan account yet?

Really is a unclear, I had no email or text saying I have a loan account created, but they told me on the phone I have one.

I assume you probably have one created by now, its just when they decide to deposit the money.

It seems Santander are one of, if not the worst bank for this Loan scheme. I hope its resolved this week

Certainly seem to be moving in the right direction. Had a call from a business manager yesterday who said the reason for the delay is that I should have had an email asking which loan application I wanted to proceed with. Once I have that email and reply to it that should unclog things.

Still dont have the email but I have her mobile number and she responds to texts so at least I'm not just sat banging my head against a brick wall.

Hope your money lands soon!
