reducing my internet charges

Heres the problem folks - last 1/4 bt bill was £113 which was made up as follows.
\bt line rental £33 option 1
bt 8mg broadband home hub £45
xs useage costs of £25
cost of calls £8
these are the rough figs.
Have seen tiscali offer of free line rental/calls etc for £20 PER MONTH BUT AM WORRIED ABOUT COSTS OF changing from bt or long contracts etc. if this was your bill what would you be doing?
