Yes, if you do not give the PCN ref number they cannot have it cancelled. I would keep at them every couple of days to see that it has been cancelled.3

Find the blue text appeal in the NEWBIE sticky and be ready to send that if your letter to Co-op has no effect. If you appeal to NPE, make sure you do it in line with deadlines suggested in the NEWBIE.3
