Files too large to send by email -- try this
There are lots of tutorials on line about merging 2 word documents, its not too hard. Best to make a copy of all your files first just in case there is an error, after you have merged them try this-
1 Next to the SAVE button, in word, there is another button named tools or options.
2 Select compress photos choose 220, 160 or 96 dpi.
3 Save as Worddocx
4 Finally save as PDF

Surely the auto-response is just the court's usual policy for emails. Not their COVID_19 policy which is requiring large court bundles to be emailed now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PS....If the judge does strike out the claim, given the time spent (over 45 hours) in preparation could the 35 hours (as in costs schedule) spent on the unreasonable behaviour (totalling £665 +£12 for title registry search costs) asked to be ordered to be paid by Claimant?0

Thank you for the suggestions, I will try on some other documents to get familiar.
Anyway, to ensure I filed last night I split the documents and ended up sending 3 separate emails for WS and 2 emails for the Supplementary WS. Then also forwarded to Gladstones Solicitors.
This morning sent the COVID-19 covering email - with the 5 emails above - over 6 emails.
Forwarded the same to Gladstones Solicitors.
Regarding the COVID-19, yes you would expect them the court to accept large emails/attachments and hence they should have changed their standard auto generated reply. I did not want to take the chance.
Called the Court and as mentioned no answer.
Lets see what the court says.

Received reply from Gladstones' litigation assistant late yesterday afternoon:
"We write further to 8 emails received from yourself that is apparently your witness statement.
For simplicity and clarity we would be grateful if one full document can be provided. Please also consider bundling the various documents."Wrote back saying they were sent what was sent to the Court because of its email size restrictions and the Table of Contents shows what has been sent, Also, said the bundle is essentially the Exhibits referenced in the WSs is the bundle and these can be printed.
Wonder if they actually want to do any work.

Ask if anyone there knows how to use a stapler. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just saw in their email "sign-off":
Gladstones Solicitors Limited do not accept service of documents by email.
Given they are making their requests of how to present the documents means they have accepted the service by email.
