It's so tiring to see every thread in this forum constantly end in an argument about how little or lot house prices are going to fall. Wish the Moderators would actually do their job around here.

I couldn’t agree more. Always the same house price crash trolls.

I have crashy time and graphs on my ignore list as they are the worst. How they haven’t been banned is beyond me.

There aren't mods. If you or anyone has a problem with someone or a post or thread, hit report and tell a board guide. Or just block them.

Just wanted to say be mindful about buying a townhouse. We are currently renting one and they are a nightmare. Trying to get any type of furniture on to the first and second floor can be troublesome. I have found the rooms to be extremely small and have really struggled with putting much furniture in each of the rooms. Personally, after living in one for 8 years, I would avoid with a barge pole.

Lots of people dying means houses freeing up though.
How many extra deaths have there been so far compared to an average year?

This is a comparison of the last decade's weekly deaths in the UK. It's about a fortnight old now.

I doubt that a single extra property has come to the market because of this, as it typically takes six months to get probate.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I think it's an absolute cert that you're utterly wrong, and at least one property nationally has.

But that's a rather irrelevant point to be making, and the post you replied to was not talking about properties anyway, just replying to the question it was replying to.
