Ratesetter Innovative Finance ISA: How to Transfer Funds?

In order to transfer funds from the above, do you need to move funds from the ISA into the Holding Account first, and then instruct the new provider? Or will doing this remove the tax-free status?
Or do you just apply via the new provider in the same way as you would for a normal ISA transfer?
Ratesetter's FAQ's don't cover this, and my query via email has not yet been answered.

The holding account is part of the ISA. The funds must be within the holding account and available to withdraw in order to transfer. Once you have the funds you want to transfer available, you apply to the new provider in the normal way.
