Thanks unholyangel.

They refused a s75 claim, stating that there had been no breach of contract as they had rescheduled the event.

I will take up the ombudsman option too.

I just found this thread from 2 years ago. Did you ever get a successful outcome to this? We have exactly the same problem. There has still never been an event held to replace this cancelled event and they ignore all our emails.

Sketching83 appear not have logged on to the forum since June 2021, so it is doubtful they will see your post
