Lloyds and Natwest cant see incoming payments which is annoying

Can’t find that option on Santander either.

I applied on Thurs 14th at 8am, bank with Santander but nothing yet...

Apologies for date muddle, applied 8.01am Weds 13th, money in Santander account when I logged in first thing this morning. No email notification received.

I wonder if they use the email addresses and phone numbers collected during the claim submitting process.

Has anyone tried the eligibility checker tool after submitting a claim to see if it provides updates? I'm not in case it jinx things

Yes it takes you to the progress of your claim 
just says processing
