In other news, the swimming pool manager got back to the RK saying she is unable to assist.
"The car park is clearly marked with parking charges and states you must register your vehicle after 30 minutes or you will be issued with a ticket."
Looking at the PE appeal page, the stay duration was 33 mins. :s

so easy to have done yet wasnt done

the BPA CoP cannot cover any grace period due to none of them being 30 minutes , plus PE offered the minor infringement option of £20 which wasnt taken up

I am sure the manageress could have cancelled if so inclined

I hope the driver has learned a valuable lesson in that they must comply with parking rules , signs and requirements on any private site, never mind this swimming pool site

also true for council car parks too , comply or pay the price for not doing so

plus I hope the keeper has learned that they can be held liable for the actions of a driver driving their vehicle

The driver might still get the £20 re-offered though if they do this correctly, as advised.

I update to say no update yet.
The RK requested a SAR and also disclosed the driver. No letters or emails yet.

They have 30 days to respond to a SAR.  Did you disclose the driver within the SAR request, or was that by separate letter?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

PE have sent two separate emails - One to acknowledge naming of the driver and to give them 30 days , Second one in response to SAR request with all emails sent by me and letters sent by them.

So, 30 days has passed and PE have not sent any letters to the Driver by post. What would be the next step in this saga ?
