Curry PC World - Unable to return a faulty gaming headset.

I ordered a gaming headset Logitech G935 wireless headset on the 20 April 2020 online from Curry PC World and received the item on the 23rd of April. Which I order due to working from home. After about 6 days I started to get issue with mic stop working on the headset and it disconnecting from the computer and the battery level dropping very fast from 60% to 11% after about a hour.
I try the same headset in my of my other laptops I work as NOC Engineer in IT so have a lot computer and laptop to test on if needed. In the second laptop I still was having the same issues as before with the mic stopping working has been intermittent issue it not some that something that is easily reproducible. The mic does not work in wire mode which was able to reproduce this.
I been trying to return the item since the 29 April 2020 but I keep getting cut off when passed to the next team. Today I spend 5 hours in total on hold. I final get to some one he told me I need to talk to IT support he said it been to sign off by them or it will sent back if the issue could not be easily reproducible and will be a very long delay due to COV-19 and then pass me to IT Support or cut off after 2 hours and then make a second call and was cut off after 1 hour 34 mins when he try to pass me to IT support. I have try online help chat last week I was advised I need to email but not had reply for over week and now online chat for customer has been disable on the issue.
I try the online business chat and to talk to manager but refused
I stuck as to what to do next?
