. I doubt POPLA has any 'newly qualified law students' on their books,

I do not, my daughter is a Law Graduate and I know the situation.

Hi all, i hope you all are safe and well.
I just thought to update you all on my progress so far. After sending off the complaint as indicated above, my complaint was then pushed back to customer services team (on 18th on May) who finally sent me a response today saying:

"I am sorry you have received a parking charge when visiting us recently. I am happy to confirm that i have arranged to have the parking charge cancelled for you."

Not sure if i am supposed to expect another letter from ECP to confirm the cancellation but either way this was definitely worth it.

Thank you MistyZ and thank you everyone for your guidance and support. I am entirely grateful to you all.

    Stay safe and stay well.
    Thank you again!!!

    Nice one!  Well done fifty50.

You can look on ECP's website to check that the PCN has been removed.

The longer the pandemic uncertainty & chaos goes on, the more I hate parking companies for exploiting it.  If anyone doubted that they are parasitic scum, this period proves it.  Am I allowed to say parasitic scum?  I don't want to call the PPCs PARASITIC SCUM if that's not allowed.

Brilliant - thanks for the update!  Complaining to the landowner is a far stronger weapon than appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just checked on the ECP website now and it says:

    "Ticket Already Paid / Closed

This ticket has already been paid or has been closed."

    Thank you!!!
