Bounce back loan rejected?

Morning,
Just wanted to see if anyone has had or knows anyone that has been refused the bounce back loan? 
I know it's taking a while for some to set up buissness accounts etc but has anyone actually had a bank say no?

I'd be interested in the answer to this as well. My suspicion however is that rather than reject someone and be forced to provide an explanation, they're cherry picking the people they want to lend to and ignoring the ones they don't in the hope that they'll go elsewhere for their money.

I got refused. I am banking with Starling but have only just joined them. I think they are cherry picking though, as my credit isn't the best

I know a few people who have been rejected/declined. Reasons haven't been given in all cases, but in one case it was a recently self employed person who was rejected because they did not run a PAYE scheme. That seemed harsh as not all self employed will have employees and so may not run a PAYE scheme.

Been refused by Santander, stating the account requesting the loan wasn’t the main operating business account! I have no other accounts and it’s clear to see what goes in and what comes out. They said their reason is against loan eligibility rules, Gov guild lines seem very different. Going to try and talk with someone to try and understand what is going on. Banked with them for 30 years, so not happy.

I’ve beige been refused by Santander too, staring the account I applied though was not the account that business transactions were dealt through. It’s a personal account but anyone in their right mind can see the transactions aren’t for a normal household. I’m calling to put my case across next week.

mine has been cancelled. My business, limited company with NatWest for 20 years, 5 staff,  250.000 turnover.
i called them and they said I can’t see nothing wrong with your application but we don’t need to give a reason why it’s cancelled. Very frustrating.

I was declined for the same reason.
Spoke to Santander this morning and the young lady I spoke to said she thinks it might be a system error as shes had nothing but calls stating the same thing this morning.

They are currently seeking guidance.
