Virgin Holidays and New York in August

Hi Sorry if I have missed a discussion on this but the thing I am concerned with is you have no record of sending the online refund form to Virgin Holidays. I had an email on 15 July cancelling our holiday to Florida in September. I opted for a refund as I had already rebooked in April (over optimistic I know) but have no record of the form that I sent on 15 July. Early days in the scheme of things but it’s niggling me. Any advice? Thanks.

I called Virgin up and sent whatsapps messages around a week ago. I filled the online form in months ago but had no acknowledgment from Virgin regarding this. The girl I spoke to confirmed that our holiday was cancelled and did we want a voucher or refund...I said refund...which can take up to 120 days !
