Help-link boiler

I'm just looking for a little bit of advice.
I bought a boiler in 2013 from help-link as my boiler had completely broke. I went for a baxi boiler as they were offering a 10 year warranty with them at the time. Within 3 weeks of it being fitted I started having problems. And up until 2017 had engineers out at least every 2 months to fix it again under warranty. Baxi refuse to do anything with the boiler as they said after the first repair there could not be any more faults on the boiler than the first fault. So help-link then took it upon themselves to fix the boiler from then on. I tried to no avail in 2017 to have the boiler replaced, but after then I have had a period of 2 and a half years of it working fine until now. I have now been without hot water or heating in a 19th century house that is very cold without heating for 2 days. When my boiler went off yesterday morning I rang help-link (only to find out they had been taken over by homeserve) they then could not find any details on their system relating to me, and refused to accept I had a 10 year warranty. After hours of searching to find my documents I rang back with the proof only to find out help-link is only open 8-6 and homeserve can't help.
So I rang first thing the next morning and had to email proof over to them with a copy of my service record and had to wait for someone to contact me (more wasted time), I recieved a phone call about 11 am after 3 hours of waiting and was told an engineer from 0800 repair would be out between 12pm and 6pm. When the engineer arrived at 3.30 he told me he had to order a part but due to covid 19 the supplier is working reduced hours and is now closed but he doesn't even know if the part I need is in stock so doesn't know when it will get fixed.
So now I am still without hot water and heating.
But in the time that I have been waiting I have been researching the boiler I purchased and ringing around about it, apparently baxi stopped making the boiler as they were faulty and most of them that were fitted have been removed.
So how would I go about getting mine replaced I am absolutely fed up with it, the only parts of the boiler that were originally installed is the casing and the wires everything else has been replaced either by baxi or help-link in the past and now I'm worried that it's all starting again. When my boiler is repaired it will be the 3rd printed circuit board fitted in 7 years which if the prices online are correct totals £600 alone nevermind engineer wages and various other parts that have been replaced. Surely it would make more sense for them aswell as me to have it pulled out and replaced.
This is causing problems with my depression and is no good for my wife who suffers with fibromyalgia.

1. Look through your warranty terms to see if there is provision for a replacement in the circumstances you face. If there isn't, it's time for option 2.
2. Get three quotes from decent, recommended gas fitters to supply and fit a new boiler of a decent make.
