so in the case of the OP , did the ANPR system work correctly or was there a fault with it ?
It was a residential area not a car park. I didn't stop but was driving around the residential buildings to find the right way out before realising that there was no way out but only to exit from where I entered. The area was quite big and difficult to maneuver so it took me sometime to come out.
Also the area was open no entrance barrier etc.

I do not come here to involve myself in he nitty gritty, I leave that to others with more time on their hands.  I come here to inform OPs of the resources and information available to them.  What they do with that information is their concern

Well, if every regular did just that - half a dozen C&P templates, many advising chasing shadows - how many do you reckon would come out the other side successfully winning an appeal or defending a court claim?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Because you seem to have the easy answer to most things.

Thankyou, kind of you to say, but in this case I suggest you take the poster to task if you want answers.
