Fraudulent Carers claim now being told owe £10,000

A person working for ESA got the amount written off due to an admin error and got a back dated payment for all the SDP I lost during this time, this is the second time now I've got my SDP reinstated and now the issue is with my local council, who have blocked my number from ringing them and have paid me £86 for a entire month and no backdated payment for a month either...
