Coming to the end of a 12 month contract with PO broadband which has been terrible so looking to switch.
Initial switch to them from Plusnet was a pain, took over a week to sort, wondering if switching back to Plusnet will be seamless, particularly at the minute, anyone have any insight?
Have switched between providers previously, and it has been instant so just wondering if it is an issue with the lesser providers? Can't be without BB for a week in the current circumstances.

PO runs on TalkTalk LLU, so a switch to PN means moving across to the BT network again. If you're concerned, just let your PO contract run on until normal OR service is resumed. Your contract doesn't end after 12m, only the minimum term does.
A week's break in service is exceptional, it should be 30 mins at most.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
