Gulf Air ticket through agency - Struggling to get full refund

Hi
I bought 2 tickets to travel to Dubai through Flysharp travel agency. - Gulf air tickets.
Once the flights started cancelling flysharp send me an email on ( 06/03 )giving me two options.
full refund or amend the travel dates.
I asked for full refund and they confirmed to me that they will submit the refund request to the airline and i should check back in 4-6 weeks.
I did call the flysharp as i didnt get my refund after 6 weeks and they told me it will take another 14 days due to the situations.
Then i called back after 14 days - they said another 7 days.
I spoke to to them today and one of their staff told me..
They have a new covid policy and I have only 2 options now
I can get my refund but they will take 10% admin fee,
or take a credit note from them.
I didnt want either of them.. I wanted full refund.
He then went to speak to his manager and manager advised me to take the refund with 10% admin fee for now and dispute this matter once everything is normal.
I checked gulfair website -
Shall i take the refund with the 10% fee ?
I am worried that i may not going to get any of my money.
It would be really helpful if someone can give me the right advice.
Thanks in advance.
I paid £611 all together.

- Ticket bought through a travel agency can be refunded through the same travel agency only.
Can someone please what should i do ?

They simply can't decide to deduct 10% out of the blue, just cause they want to.
It would have to be in the T&Cs you agree to at the time you bought the ticket, if there was already a charge they would be pointing to that.
Tell them you refuse to pay the 10% as it;s not what you agree to, and unless you get a full refund within 7 day you will either contact your card provider, or start court action for recovery of full amount. Make it clear to them this action will cost them more than just refunding you.

They may asks you to wait, but you are due a refund from the TA even if the TA can't get it from GA

And the guy said he refunded the money less 10% and told me i can dispute on that.
I did tell him i dont want partial refund and only need refund if they can give me full amount.
He then insisted that they dont wanna keep my money and they refunded it.
I did not agree to this though.
I did not record the convo.. should have.
I contacted my bank now and they asked me to fill out an online form which i did.

Make a note of everything so you have a record of it. If it goes that far the Ombudsman likes notes if the actual phonecall isn't recorded.
