Hello
I am new to the forum so forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong area but I wanted to seek guidance on the following predicament, however, before I get in to it, I appreciate that given the circumstances this is far from a priority by any means. After a quick scan on the internet, I can see that there are other people in a similar predicament and unsure where to turn.
I purchased goods via the online retailer on 28/02/20 and I am yet to receive these items. Initially the reason provided was they had problems sourcing a UK based dispatch courier, those who would like a refund to email or it was implied that there wouldn't be much longer to wait for dispatch - I chose the later.
As time went on, it then transpired that the company had since gone into Administration and that they were having logistical problems with their UK distribution. They then retracted any offer of a refund to those who had initially requested it. All the while the impression was given that the items were just waiting for dispatch once all the issues were ironed out.
Fast forward to today, I have since learnt that not all of original order is available and substitutes could be provided or wait until end of the month to receive vouchers to use in a 'new UK online retail store'.
As I am now nearing the three month mark, I am at a cross roads as to what my rights are and how to pursue getting my money back. After a quick google there are people who have placed orders prior to mine who have no received items either. So by the looks of things I am not holding out hope that this order will be fulfilled. I feel awful for the employees at Kikki K who have lost their employment and those who are trying to fix this predicament but I feel I have waited a reasonable amount of time for this issue to be rectified.
I have had a look on a few articles ranging from CAB, consumer websites and MSE - all of which seem to be related to products which have been received. (I may have missed an article or two) but can anyone steer me in the right direction or know where I can seek further guidance to pursue my money.
There is the option of requesting a Chargeback with my bank but that feels like quite an aggressive stance particularly when the business is in Administration, it may also not be successful.
As a consumer, I entered an agreement to purchase items and the retailer have not fulfilled this order - the offer of vouchers for their 'new shop' isn't something I deem to be an acceptable alternative.
Many thanks in advance for your help. And I urge anyone else in a similar predicament to get involved in the discussion.

You will just have to wait 15 days from debit date before you can start the process to claim the money back.
