Cancelled my rolling contract and cancelled my DD (have to pay an additional month because of "reasons"). What's the worst that can happen if I don't pay?

Just move to a cheaper rolling contract or a 30 day sim, plenty around.

Agree with Jon_01 Also as soon as you cancelled your DD and they try to take a payment they will put a late payment on your credit history.

The "reasons" are likely "30 days notice".

if you stop direct debit and do not pay your credit will be affected. You will not be able to get anyone to provide you with another mobile servic on contract or monthly sim as it will show up and all providers will reject you.Your only option then is a pay as you go.also  your credit card limits will be also affected and may be removed.it will be very serious to all of your financial transactions
