In February 2020 my daughter-in-law drove her children to school but on the way back got a flat tyre and had to stop on double yellow lines. She ran home to get help from my husband to change the tyre which he duly did and they moved the car. This was on land owned by a university in Cambridge, She heard nothing from the university until June 2020 when she received a demand from a parking company for £160 or a threat to be taken to Court. She never received a parking ticket or the chance to pay this or anyway to explain the situation.
Should she just pay the £160 as she does not want to be taken to Court.0 -

Or save yourself a lot of trouble, when you do come back with a new thread, tell us if it is a private parking charge notice or a council penalty charge notice. If it is council just go to the pepipoo forum
