So when you want to go out and find yourself blocked just sit in your car and sound your horn until they come and move. Same when you get back. If you keep doing this in the middle og the night and get them up they might just start to realise the problem.Typical selfish people bought the wrong house with not enough parking for the number of cars that they own.1

I would find a war with my neighbours a vision of hell.
I appreciate it's hard to deal with, but those idiots will grind you down. At the moment is is by not being considerate. If you escalate, it will be on purpose!
I'd still park where the silver car was if I needed to guarantee getting out in the morning. I know it's not ideal, but may make a point if they ask you to move it.
Maybe paint a chevron box outside your drive/garage? At least they will be aware of it, even if they ignore it.0 -

Just to say, I was once given a piece of advice: it's fine to sue the neighbours as long as you are prepared to think about it for every waking hour until the matter is resolved in a few years.
I know that's very far from ideal but it reflects the situation you find yourself in.

Argh that would drive me mad. In a previous house, I had a neighbour that I got on with quite well who randomly and seemingly without reason blocked me in a few times. I leave for work quite early on weekdays and I take my horsebox out at 5am most weekends. First time they did it, I felt so embarrassed banging on their door at 4.45am to get them to move their car on a Sunday morning (esp as I can to bang loud enough in the end that OTHER neighbours woke up first). They were quite grumpy about it but then came and apologised that afternoon ... and then two weeks later it happened again! Also on a Sunday .... BANG BANG BANG HELLO CAN YOU MOVE YOUR CAR PLEASE! Right in front of my access! After that it didn't happen again ....Early mornings are often a good weapon.1

You need to enforce your own rights over the land - the council does not have to do it for you, so probably won't. The court is your only avenue of enforcement, so obviously it's best to show them your title deeds and discuss it in a friendly manner first. Bear in mind that you also have no right to park on the land either, just use it for access. So if you do, you open yourself up to charges of hypocrisy.
There's a good chance that, if approached considerately and persistently with clear evidence, the neighbours might eventually change their behaviour in a more lasting fashion. You can escalate to a lawyer's letter if necessary - it can be more regretful in tone rather than threatening if you like. Offering mediation is another sensible step. Then you might ultimately have to look at court. You'll need evidence of repeated infringement but it looks like you have a way of taking photos. You should win, as it's quite straightforward as long as you can demonstrate the infringement . It will cost some money but you may be able to reclaim some costs if you can show you took every step to solve it before coming to court.1 -
Thank you to every one for the ideas. The problem is it's not just the neighbors as I'm so close to a train station. I even asked if i could buy the land from the council so i could put marking downs or a sign to show it's a right of way but was turn down as it has the easement (right of way). I understand what you are saying about if i park there but i thought you could park over your own drive as long as it did not in pinch on anyone else and at the moment i don't have any other choose but to do that as i can get in my driveway.

If other people are parking there then injunctive relief via the court is probably the best you can do, in the absence of having physical control over the space.
Another alternative - if practical - would be to place a heavy object that prevents parking, but is small enough to still permit access for you. Such as a planter for example, or a concrete block. The council may demand you remove it, but they probably won't.0 -
Just don't let them see you installing the bollards.

You could put up a couple of No Parking signs?0
